Ellen DeGeneres claimed this college student was “outed” when, in fact, he was open about his homosexuality. Is this a legitimate legal premise or is the judicial system catering to one advocacy group? What about the bullying of fat people, the handicapped, immigrants, various religious sects, racial assignment, short people, or mentally deficient people? The thin evidence in this case could wind up deflating the cause of ceasing cyber-bullying in all of its wretched forms.
